Published in News on February 28th 2018

When helping with both anxiety and depression, couple based talking therapy is the most effective.

NHS Digital have released statistics showing that 56.1% of people who receive Couple Therapy for Depression, from the NHS via IAPT services recover from depression and anxiety. These numbers make favourable comparison with the overall national average within IAPT services of 49.3% recovery.
