We want the importance of relationships to a range of policy areas - including adult mental health, children's mental health, public health and children's services - to be recognised at the highest levels.
With projects as disparate as reducing conflict between parents, improving communication between couples affected by dementia and helping couples with adopted children, our research aims to bring the value of couple-focused approaches and interventions to a wider audience.
Our research department publishes numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals. Tavistock Relationships staff also publish books on couple therapy, and on applying couple-focused approaches to a range of health and social policy areas.
We work hard to help individuals and couples to understand their own relationships and how to have better ones. As a charity we rely on people like you to help us.
