In this article, our heads of clinical service answer questions on how we offer financially accessible high-quality therapy services by working with therapists who are undertaking advanced training as part of their postgraduate professional development.
Yes. Our trainees go through a rigorous selection process, then undertake demanding theoretical and practice instruction in couple and individual therapy before they begin their clinical work. They also have regular supervision with couple therapists who are among the most experienced in the UK.

Therapy provided in our trainee clinical service is offered at the considerably reduced fee of £45.
The first step is a consultation appointment with one of our therapists. This is an opportunity to discuss the issues that most concern you and to think about next steps. Consultations take up to 75 minutes and the fee is £50.
Sessions are offered in person at our City of London location near Liverpool Street, Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 8.30 pm, Fridays 10:30 am to 4.00 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Online therapy is available between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. You can discuss which of the two options might be most suitable for your needs when you attend an initial consultation.
