The City Wellbeing Centre is a counselling and psychotherapy centre for workers and residents in the City of London and neighbouring boroughs.
The services are available to anyone who lives or works in postcodes EC1 – EC4, and anyone who lives in the City of London, and in the London Boroughs of Camden, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Westminster, Hackney, Southwark and Lambeth.
We provide a choice of working with your therapist online or choosing to see a therapist who could work with you in person at our centre in the City of London, near Liverpool Street station.
The counselling and psychotherapy available at the Centre is designed to allow City residents and workers to access mental health at their doorstep. This short video explains how.

Residents or those working in the Square Mile can book a session by webcam now or phone to discuss availability of face-to-face sessions.
