At Tavistock Relationships, we can offer highly trained counsellors and psychotherapists. Read more below about the help accessible to you as an individual.
We provide a choice of working with your therapist online or choosing to see a therapist who could work with you in person at our centre in the City of London, near Liverpool Street station.
You can attend sessions on your own if you want to talk to us about a relationship issue without your partner, or if you just want support about an issue generally.
Our team of therapists are committed to providing a safe, confidential, and welcoming environment catering to individuals and couples seeking support.
We offer a range of in person services including counselling, psychotherapy and psychosexual therapy.
You can book a consultation now using our online booking service or by calling our Appointments Team 0207 380 1960.
The service provides six FREE online meetings with psychotherapists for couples and/or individuals to
explore how the current situation is affecting their relationship.
At your initial consultation, we seek to understand the issues that concern you most and, if you attend alone, individual therapy at Tavistock Relationships may be the outcome of the consultation process.
If we are able to offer you the help you need at this point in any of our services, we will allocate you a regular weekly slot for therapy with a therapist matched with your needs. You can read more about the counselling process here.
We see lots of people on their own.
Sometimes it's because their partner doesn't wish to attend. On the other hand, it is a lot easier to sort out relationship problems if you both come, so we will encourage you to encourage them.
We also help individuals who may not currently be in a relationship. It may be your relationship has recently broken down or that you have felt that you have had a series of relationships that you have been unsure have been right in some way or another.
Tavistock Relationships offers help to individuals and couples with their adult relationships. If you have never had a relationship or you are concerned mostly about relationships with your family, friends or work colleagues, we may suggest other kinds of therapy to you.
The easiest way to book an appointment is online.
